David Ho: Lambent light

March 10 AK07 Auckland Domain. During a brief lull in the fireworks display I moved towards high ground attempting to get a better view of the display. As I walked up the embankment adjacent to Carlton Gore Road, smoke from the fireworks drifted over the area. Dark figures standing and sitting on the embankment stood out against the amplified luminous glow from the street lamp.
