Following on from the Kōwhai Research Residency last year, Hannah Rose Arnold uses eco-friendly art practice to explore the shores of Te Rāwhiti in the Bay of Islands, now under threat from invasive, exotic caulerpa seaweed. Utilising innovative, sustainable methods of film processing, this show records and pays homage to a beautiful ecosystem; in imminent danger of disappearing forever, and opens dialogue about the future of art making in a changing world.
