This exhibition re-visits landscapes of memory and of childhood, from the industrial city of Sheffield. A short film of the Tinsley Towers is central to the exploration of identity. Influenced by street football, music of the 70s, the coal fires and the two-up two-down housing of northern Britain, the photographer returns to gaze upon the familiar landscapes as a vehicle for contemplation and a form of personal expression.
